This is a remote session in which we will not physically / digitally communicate. I will reach out to you prior to your session by email to discuss any areas of concern or ones you would like to focus on. After your session, I will email you written feedback on your session by the end of the day. I am always available by email or direct message on Instagram for any assistance or questions you may have.
Suggestions for your session:
